COVID-19 update (applicable from 18th March 2020 onwards):
Following recent government announcements, we will be changing our direct despatches from every working day, to despatching on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only. Our cut-off for same day despatch on one of these days will be 11:30am.
As things stand, we will continue to use Royal Mail for most deliveries and DPD / UPS for heavier parcels and courier service deliveries.
Should any of this change as time progresses, we will update this notice accordingly.

Returns & Exchanges
We will issue a full refund if the product is returned unopened and undamaged within 28 days of purchase.

If your package arrives damaged please photograph before opening the packaging and email the photographs to email@example.com.
Once you have opened the packaging if the foil bag has been damaged please photograph and email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Although every care is taken to ensure your product arrives in a satisfactory manner we realise they can be damaged during transit, so if you wish to exchange please return the product (foil bag or bags) unopened to Vitacure Ltd., 11 Oakhill Road, Maghull, Merseyside, L31 0BH, UK and we will send you a brand new package out the same day.
